2 down, 4 to go!

I'm staying focused. I'm finishing my quilts... :) I keep telling myself that at least. Anyway... here's the turtle quilt all done. I love the backing fabric. And I love that its going to a child who was born in the i-pod era and may not listen to music on good ol' tapes!

And here's another baby quilt. Man... I do make a lot of baby quilts don't I. I really like how subtle this quilt is  though I have had some people say it is too light. What do you think? I love the back of this one. The fishy fabric is great for a little boy... or a girl I suppose... I would like it. :)

Had to show you this binding... it's so sweet.

  1. Thanks for following my blog.
I love the colours of your quilts, they are very soft and subtle.

  2. Oh my gosh! Look at the cassette tapes!! I *love* it!! :D

In case nobody answered you about your question at someone else's WIP post - the flannel that says it's not suitable for children's sleepwear is not coated with anti-inflammatory chemical. There's some law that children's sleepwear has to be made using treated fabric, so the companies that sell fabric have to label it not for children's sleepwear if it isn't treated. For personal use, I admit I ignore that label.
