Simple Marks Wall Hanging is on the Wall!

I finished this wall hanging a few months ago but hadn't put it up. I didn't want to call it a finish till I actually had it on my wall - so now, I can say - My wall hanging is finished! And now that it's on my wall I can't stop staring at it! :)

We got the rod from Ten Thousand Villages on The Danforth. Really love the rod and I think it goes really well with the rustic feel of  Malka Dubrawsky's Simple Marks.

Wall Hanging from Simple Marks

I fell in love with Simple Marks by Malka Dubrawsky when it came into the store a few months ago. I quickly bought a charm pack. Made this wall hanging top recently using the charm squares and a Disappearing Nine Patch Block. I didn't want to do too much with the squares... the fabric is so beautiful even just making four patches would have been great. Need to be quilted and I hope I get that done early January. I want this to go up after the Christmas decorations comes down. :)

We finally had some snow in Toronto and I was able to get these pictures on our balcony.
