A quilt for Keziah
Working on a quilt for a little girl (baby actually) called Keziah (by order of a friend who wants to gift it to her). I like that I know who will be using my quilt. I don't know the baby but her mother is a cousin of a friend. When I began the quilt I prayed - for me, to do the best job I could, and for Keziah, that it would bring her comfort, and warmth and happiness.
Making a quilt can be so many different things. :)

Infant Coverlet
Followed the binding tutorial from Missouri Star Quilt Company. Jenny's trick for the corners is great!
| Here's the back with the teddy bears. :) |
| Two and a half inch binding strips. |

Rail Fences for Aaria
I finished my very first quilt - for a lovely little girl called Aaria.
I'm really happy to see it all done.
And I am more aware than ever of how much better I need to get. This is the first time I quilted through and did the binding so the work is not as good as I'd like it to be. But then again, it is my first quilt. I'll get better.
For now, I am mighty pleased :)
It's a simple rail fence pattern.
Did the back with this lovely Peppa-Pig fabric that's really soft and very sweet.
